Code of Conduct
OneStream™ is committed to providing a welcoming experience at OneStream Wave that also promotes the wellness of attendees.
The OneStream WAVE Developer Conference (“WAVE”) is an event that includes many opportunities for learning and networking. OneStream Software considers the health & wellness of all those onsite at WAVE a top priority. It is in the best interest of all attendees to adhere to this OneStream WAVE Code of Conduct (the “Code of Conduct”).
Expected Conduct
All event participants are expected to behave in accordance with professional standards. This Code of Conduct must be followed by all OneStream Software WAVE Conference attendees, at
all event venues, any external venue affiliated with the WAVE conference, and all related social events.
All event participants, presenters, sponsors, employees, and staff will:
· Recognize that this event is a place for diversity of thought for both organizations and individuals. As such, respect and inclusivity for all is expected.
· Report any discriminatory, harassing, aggressive, or exclusionary behavior or speech to event staff immediately.
· Attendees will always wear their name badge when participating in conference events.
Photography Consent
By attending our WAVE conference, you agree that OneStream has a full release and the right and permission to take, copyright, use and/or publish photographic pictures and videos of the event. You agree that all such materials will become the property of OneStream and as such, OneStream will have the right to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, distribute or display, and use these materials in whole or in part, and in any manner or media which may include but is not limited to video recordings, still images, sales materials, brochures, and the OneStream website. Participants, presenters, sponsors, employees, staff and other attendees waive the right to inspect or approve the finished video, photograph, advertising copy, or printed material that may be used or applied by OneStream. You understand and affirm that such release does not constitute and will not result in any form of compensation, including royalties arising from the photographic pictures.
Unacceptable Behavior
Unacceptable behavior includes failing to obey any rules or regulations imposed by the venue and OneStream Software (“Unacceptable Behavior”). We do not tolerate discrimination, intolerance, harassment, aggression, or ill will of any kind at any OneStream Software event, either in person or via electronic media.
Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior
Unacceptable Behavior will not be tolerated. Anyone engaged in Unacceptable Behavior will be asked to stop any such behavior immediately and is subject to immediate expulsion from the event, in OneStream Software’s sole discretion, without refund.
Personal Accountability Commitment:
By attending our WAVE Conference, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct and engage in certain health-and-wellness-beneficial conduct while attending the event (includes frequent hand washing, covering your nose and mouth when you sneeze, etc.). You should not attend the event if you are feeling ill or have been recently exposed to COVID-19 (CDC recommendation at the time).
