Code of Conduct
The OneStream Splash User Conference (“Splash”) is an event that includes many opportunities for learning and networking. OneStream Software considers the health & wellness of all those onsite at Splash a top priority. It is in the best interest of all attendees to adhere to this OneStream Splash Code of Conduct (the “Code of Conduct”).
Expected Conduct
All event participants are expected to behave in accordance with professional standards. This Code of Conduct must be followed by all OneStream Software Splash Conference attendees, virtual or in-person, at all event venues, any external venue affiliated with the Splash conference, and all related social events.
- Recognize that this event is a place for diversity of thought for both organizations and individuals. As such, respect and inclusivity for all is expected.
- Report any discriminatory, harassing, aggressive, or exclusionary behavior or speech to event staff immediately.
- In Person attendees will always wear their name badge when participating in conference events.
Photography Consent
[By registering and attending [OneStream Splash User Conference] (the “Event”), whether in person or online,] you hereby grant OneStream Software LLC and its affiliates (“OneStream”) permission to use your likeness, including your image and your voice, as well as your name, title, and employer, in any photograph, video, or other digital media that may be recorded by OneStream or its vendors [during or in relation to the Event] (“Content”) in any and all of its publications, without payment or other consideration. Accordingly, you hereby irrevocably release all rights to the Content and authorize OneStream to edit, copy, publish, create derivative works of, translate, distribute, or otherwise use the Content in whole or in part for any lawful purpose (including without limitation marketing, promotional campaigns, advertising and other communications), on any media whatsoever (including without limitation OneStream website, social media, newsletter, print materials, etc.), for the full duration of protection under applicable law, whether or not you remain employed or otherwise associated with your current employer. You agree that all such Content will become the property of OneStream upon creation. In addition, you waive (i) any right to inspect or approve the finished product Content wherein your likeness appears, and (ii) any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the Content by OneStream. You further hold harmless, release, and forever discharge OneStream from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization. The above waiver and release applies to you as an individual as well as in your capacity as a representative of your employer.
Unacceptable Behavior
Unacceptable behavior includes failing to obey any rules or regulations imposed by the venue and OneStream Software (“Unacceptable Behavior”). We do not tolerate discrimination, intolerance, harassment, aggression, or ill will of any kind at any OneStream Software event, either in person or via electronic media.
Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior
Unacceptable Behavior will not be tolerated. Anyone engaged in Unacceptable Behavior will be asked to stop any such behavior immediately and is subject to immediate expulsion from the event, in OneStream Software’s sole discretion, without refund.
Personal Accountability Commitment:
By attending our Splash Conference, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct and engage in certain health-and-wellness-beneficial conduct while attending the event (includes frequent hand washing, covering your nose and mouth when you sneeze, etc.). You should not attend the event if you are feeling ill or have been recently exposed to COVID-19 (CDC recommendation at the time).
Reporting Unacceptable Behavior
If you have concerns, please contact any member of the OneStream Events Team or OneStream Human Resources Team. OneStream Events Team members can be found at the events office onsite, or you can email events@onestreamsplash.com. HR can be reached at hr@onestreamsoftware.com. In the event of an emergency, please contact local authorities immediately.
