Particpants will gain a comprehensive understanding of how OneStream leverages a single platform for consolidation, planning, and reporting. The course begins with an introduction to navigating OneStream, followed by data loads and consolidations. It then delves into key planning areas and covers reporting and analysis, including hands-on experience with the Excel Add-in.

This learning lab teaches the basics of financial calculations and member formulas. It focuses on best practices, avoiding common mistakes, and provides hands-on experience with writing simple formulas.

This lab is best for administrators, consultants, and developers who are new to OneStream financial calculations. No prior experience with calculations is needed. Experience with workflows and Cube Views and knowledge of how OneStream data is processed and stored is recommended. CPE Eligible for 3 credits in the Information Technology field of study.

This learning lab covers dashboards, including creating maintenance units, groups, files, components, and data adapters. It also introduces naming conventions and layout types.

This lab is suitable for all who are new to OneStream. No prior dashboard knowledge is needed, but familiarity with navigating OneStream is beneficial. CPE Eligible for 3 credits.

You will build a workforce plan, connect it to core financial results, and explore the essential features of the new driver-based planning solution. Achieve a Continuous Close with Journal Entry Manager is a workshop designed for finance professionals seeking to streamline the month-end journal entry processes and explore how OneStream is revolutionizing journal operations into a unified, finance-owned engine for a continuous close. Participants will gain in-depth knowledge of the Journal Entry Manager solution, including best practices for automation, configuration settings that help adapt to evolving needs, and integration techniques for your ERP landscape. CPE Eligible for 3 credits.

This hands-on learning lab designed for developers, guides participants through building two AI integrations in OneStream using SensibleAI Studio. The lab includes interactive use of Operational Data Chat, a generative AI interface for natural-language exploration of operational-level data. Participants will also work with additional AI routines, including regression and classification algorithms, to uncover insights and create meaningful data visualizations. By the end of the session, participants will have practical experience applying AI to real OneStream use cases and a clear understanding of how SensibleAI Studio can extend and enhance OneStream solutions. Participants should posess coding and development skills in C#. CPE Eligible for 2.5 credits.

This learning lab covers Cube View fundamentals in OneStream. Participants will learn to create Cube Views for reporting, use the member filter builder, create templates, format, and add parameters.

This lab is suitable for all who are new to OneStream. While no prior Cube View knowledge is needed, familiarity with OneStream navigation is beneficial. CPE Eligible for 2.5 credits.

This hands-on workshop, based on content from the OneStream Essentials: Building Dashboards course, presents a challenge for the learner to build a dashboard to meet specific requirements.

This lab is most suitable for administrators, consultants, and developers who possess some experience with dashboards but are still in the early stages of their overall expertise in this area. Prior knowledge and experience with dashboards is required. Learners should have experience with dashboards, including creating maintenance units, groups, files, components, and data adapters. This prerequisite can be obtained through on-the-job experience or by attending the Introduction to Dashboards learning lab. CPE Eligible for 2.5 credits.
