BlueScope set out to strengthen its planning process and found that OneStream gave them a unified way to connect corporate finance with the deeper, more detailed insights needed in each business unit. The extensible design allowed teams to plan with greater accuracy while administrators gained valuable time thanks to simplified maintenance and no density structures to manage. As the platform scaled with their needs, confidence grew across the implementation and opened the door to future expansion. Along the way, BlueScope also removed approximately 75 spreadsheets from its first North America business unit.
