If your Initial Order Schedule with OneStream was entered into on or after October 15, 2025

• In all situations unless you fall under one of the exceptions below: SaaS Agreement - October 15, 2025

1. If your contracting entity is located in Quebec, Canada: Saas Agreement (EN-FR) Ontario- October 15, 2025
2. If your contracting entity is located in France: SaaS Agreement (EN FR) - French laws – Oct 15, 2025

If your Initial Order Schedule with OneStream was entered into before October 15, 2025: please see the Archive Section below.
