Move beyond Oracle. Unify Finance with OneStream.

Every Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) migration requires a rebuild. Make it count.

What begins as a migration can become a modernization. Finance leaders are using this moment unify consolidation, close, planning, and AI on one platform.

The realities of HFM today

Pre-11.2 releases (11.1.2.x and earlier) sit in Sustaining Support

Oracle is not adding new fixes, certifications, or features. Most legacy HFM environments live here.

HFM 11.2 is supported through approximately 2036-2037 under Oracle’s “Continuous Innovation” designation.

No new features are being added. Only patches on 11.2.18 and above qualify for bug fixes. The platform is stable, not evolving.

HFM 11.2 is stated to be Oracle’s final on-premises EPM suite.

After this, the strategic path is Oracle Cloud EPM: a suite of separate cloud modules that typically requires re-implementation.

Own the destination

The migration is coming either way

No automated migration path exists from HFM to Oracle Cloud EPM, or anywhere else. Every HFM customer faces a manual rebuild. The only real question is where you land.

Stay on HFM

  • Sustained, not advanced
  • Ongoing bolt-on maintenance
  • No path to AI or modern close
  • Cost compounds every year
See the cost of waiting

Move to Oracle Cloud EPM

  • Full re-implementation required
  • Suite of separate cloud modules
  • Same fragmentation, new stack
  • Rebuild without consolidating
Compare OneStream to Cloud EPM

Move to OneStream

✓ Re-implement once, not per module

✓ Consolidation and close, unified

✓ Planning, forecasting, AI on same foundation

✓ Retire Essbase, FR, FDMEE, bolt-ons

One platform, one data model, one source of truth

HFM does consolidation and reporting. Everything else (Essbase, FR, FDMEE, reconciliations) is a bolt-on.

OneStream replaces that stack with one data model. Account reconciliations, ESG, Tax, IFRS 16, and scenario modeling extend from the same foundation when you're ready. No bolt-ons. No data gymnastics. No technical debt.

The outcome Finance teams see:

72% increase in data accuracy

95% reduction in forecast cycle time

58% reduction spent on planning, budgeting, and forecasting

Hear from companies who've made the move

More than 450 Oracle and Hyperion customers have already migrated to OneStream.
