ROCHESTER, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--OneStream Software, a leader in Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solutions for the mid-sized to very large enterprises, has appointed two new members to its board of directors. Mike Burkland, executive chairman for Five9 and John Kinzer, former CFO for HubSpot and operating partner at the Stripes Group; each brings decades of experience in growing enterprise cloud software companies to OneStream's board.

OneStream Software also announced rapid growth and global expansion in a mid-year announcement today.

Earlier this year, OneStream added three executives from KKR to its board of directors, including General (Ret.) and former CIA Director David Petraeus, Dave Welsh and Jimmy Miele, following the global investment firm's significant investment, which brought OneStream's valuation to over $1.0 billion.

"Mike Burkland and John Kinzer were selected to join our board of directors because they have significant experience successfully leading high-growth cloud software companies, and as importantly, they truly understand the importance of maintaining our commitment to 100% customer success as we continue to accelerate our rapid growth. I'm proud to welcome Mike and John to our board of directors," said Tom Shea, CEO of OneStream Software.

Mike Burkland served as CEO of cloud contact center leader Five9 from 2008 until December 2017, when he became executive chairman for the company. Under his leadership, Five9 grew from an 80-person start up to an 800-person public company that has continued to grow. He also has previous CEO experience with several enterprise software companies ranging from CRM to content management and security.

"We are seeing an acceleration of the digital transformation of finance across enterprises worldwide. Organizations are making significant investments in solutions to improve their ability to respond quickly to changing business conditions. OneStream has proven success in helping some of the largest organizations in the world streamline and shorten finance processes while providing deeper business insights for more informed business decision making. I'm pleased to join the board and contribute to the continued growth and global expansion of the company," said Burkland.

John Kinzer is an operating partner at the Stripes Group, a growth equity firm that invests in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) companies and serves as the chairman of the Audit Committee at Outsystems, a leader in the low-code development space. Previously he was the CFO for HubSpot, a leading SaaS company in the marketing, sales and service space, where he led a successful IPO in 2014. With his leadership, HubSpot grew revenue from $80 million to over $500 million, realizing a market capitalization of more than $6 billion. Prior to HubSpot, Kinzer served as CFO for Blackboard, Inc., playing a key role in taking the company public in 2004.

"As a former CFO, I understand the massive market opportunity around digital transformation of the Office of Finance. CFOs realize that legacy financial systems were not designed for the digital age or the demands of the modern finance organization. OneStream's leadership team anticipated this market evolution and specifically architected its OneStream XF platform to capitalize on this growing opportunity driven by finance digital transformation in large enterprises. I'm excited to join the board and be part of this journey," said Kinzer.
